Create a step-by-step troubleshooting guide

I am looking to develop a step-by-step troubleshooting guide to assist customers in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues. We are considering using a template or another method to create a multi-page guide. Each page would present a question with multiple-choice answers, and based on the selected answer, it would navigate to the next relevant question and answer set.

I need a template for this purpose. As I am not aware of any existing templates, I am seeking someone proficient in HubSpot development to create one.

Hi @GMhedin how you build this out would depend on where you want it to be visible - are you including on a website? a membership portal? or some other resource?

This guide/quiz module from Power Pro theme allows the user to select a path based on a series of Q&A - it is limited to 4 levels of questions/answers before linking out, but this should help you with communicating the idea to a developer who can help you.

@Anton would be a great place to start as a developer with the experience to build something out for you.

Thank you for the suggestion, that is exactly what we are looking for, but it will need to be more than 4 level, but i guess the developer will sort this out for us.

@GMhedin you're welcome, I'm glad this is helfpul! The dev can definitely add the additional levels you need.

If you need to capture the data in your CRM, you might also build it as a multi-step form (otherwise you need to have a unique conversion at the end of each path so you can use hidden form fields to capture the answers), here's an example of another way you could build this.
