I need your assistance since my IT department set the cookie policy on our website but it does not work.
When a customer accept cookies, the GA4 platform and Google Ads platform does not register any action. Furthermore, I can notice this problem also with Tag Assistant. When I accept cookies, the consent mode does not activate any tag.

How can I fix this issue?
Thank you everybody in advance.
Hey! Make sure your cookie consent management tool is properly configured. It should block all tracking tags, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, until the user gives consent. If you’re using Google Tag Manager (GTM), verify that your tags are set to trigger only after the user consents. Also, ensure you’re implementing Google’s Consent Mode correctly. This mode allows Google tags to adjust their behavior based on whether the user has accepted or declined cookies. If it's not set up correctly, the tags won’t fire as expected.
