Cookie banner on HubSpot site not showing

Hello,

We cannot figure out why, but our cookie banner is not showing up when visitors visit, so they are not able to opt in or out. The settings show it is turned on for all countries on our site, https://www.softeq.com/ but it is still not popping up. 

Any advice or settings we may be missing? This is a HubSpot-hosted site.

If the cookie banner on your HubSpot site isn't showing, it might be due to incorrect settings or conflicts with other scripts. comcast customer support billing Ensure the cookie banner is enabled in your HubSpot account settings. Additionally, check for any custom code that might be interfering. Clearing your browser cache or testing on different browsers can also help identify the issue.

Depends on your implementation and how you're triggering the banner but I've seen the topic come up a few times.

Thanks for your response. Yes, all these are turned on. However, we are using a custom one we created instead of the default policy one, but these settings are all turned on within our created policy. 

Do you happen to know if this has anything to do with why it is not showing up?
