Content Changes aren't relfecting

SOLVE

Hi
So I have a weird issue.
I've created a home page. Added various modules to them. Today, when I add new modules they are not reflecting on the actual page even though it has saved.

I have cloned the page into a test page. On this page I see the new modules but when I remove any one... the same issue happens.

Can anyone assist?

@Zieyaad ,

The Community maintenance operates on a separate system than your portal so that would have no influence.

I am still under the impression  that this is a caching issue.  Not specific to your machine, but possibly Cloudflare.  If you see another occurrence, post a link 😀

Interesting I thought it might be cache as well, would you be able to send us a link to take a look?
I know if it's on the hubspot staging it should show the updates right away but once the domain is connected there'll be that cache.

Hey @Zieyaad ,

Is this still persisting?  I am not seeing test anywhere.  I could be blind, though

Hi @dennisedson

So this issue is very inconsistent. So that page does not exist and rediret to another page

Each time I implement content changes I have to change the url/ clone the page (as evident of the url "4-26")
Can these issues be pertaining to the Hubspot notification:
February 10th -12th: The Community is currently in a maintenance window while upgrades are put in place. During this time, you may receive email notifications for new badges, and certain elements of the site, including ranks, will only be available in English. We apologize for any inconvenience.Learn about the updates being implemented.

Also note that I am on a sandbox account

Hi @jonchim !

So they are being added to the body:

Zieyaad_0-1613050779944.png

As you can see I have added the word TEST.

I have saved it (I clicked update) and when looking at the page I see this:

Zieyaad_1-1613050857262.png

The copy/any cms changes do not reflect unless I clone and make a new page/ change the url.

PS. I know the fonts are different

This issue has only been happening today

Hey @Zieyaad

I could be wrong, but this sounds like a cache issue.

Hi @Kevin-C

It cant be browser cache as I have cleared it and have disabled my cache in the network tab.

I have also opened the page in different browsers.

ALSO, the pages I have deleted still appear in the dropdown when I try to link a menu item to a page

Hey @Zieyaad,

Welcome to the Community!

Are the modules being added to a global group? or in the body? And did you save the page or update the page?
Would you be able to provide a few screenshots?

Hi, I'm also experiencing same issue. I added the new modules to the global group and I did save the page and update the page. But this is still not reflecting on the actual webpage.

Please, what is the solution to this issue?
