Hey @kevincor, it sounds like you've connected a shared inbox in the Conversations > Inbox tool. If so, the expected functionality of this is to receive all emails from that inbox and create a contact with that incoming email. There could be a few solutions to this:
I'd recommend upvoting this Idea so that the feedback can go to our product team!

Hey @PatrickEng, Thanks for the reply! Super helpful! I tried option 3 and now when I click the add to HubSpot from my Outlook app it only ads the person as a new contact it doesn't log the email itself. Do you know why or how to fix this? I have a Gmail account that's connected to bother outlook and Hubspot. Could this be why?

1) We are developing a Hubspot app that uses the CMS API. In reviewing the docs, it appears that the list and description of the /pages and /blog-posts APIs are out of date. The list of response fields is completely inconsistent with the actual fields that are returned. Is there a newer version of the docs around?
2) Once a Hubspot user with sufficient privileges uses OAuth to approve our access, we'd like to be able to add an embed code into the <head> of all pages/posts. There is a property to manually configure new content to appear in the <head>, but I see no way to do this via the API. If we use the API to directly update the templates, and the app is removed, those changes will remain in the templates. WordPress provides a hook so that a plugin can insert content while the <head> is being rendered. Any chance that you'd consider adding a property that an app can set that is content to be added into the <head> as long as that app is active?

Hi Hubspot Team,
Is there a way we can edit Hubspot forms with Google Optimize to test language and conversion rates without Hubspot overwriting the HTML? We have tested this many times and can’t seem to run the tests without automated language replacing our changes. We want to be able to test with Google Optimize but aren’t sure the platforms can integrate.

Sorry for the delay, but wanted to check if anyone had attempted this before!
I don't believe this will work out based on Google's docs on updating the HTML, as it looks like it strips all IDs/CSS which may cause functions of the form to break - but If it's not already, you could edit the form to render as raw HTML and test it that way as that might have better results.
Otherwise the better option would be to create a custom HTML form on your site which GOptimize can alter without issues, and use the submit data for a form API instead to send the form submission to HubSpot!
If you did want to see an integration here though I would recommend posting on the ideas forum!

Should every page have a header? Or just a text content?
I am trying to add headers for more visibility, but can't seem to get the color and font to be correct.
I think the template needs to be edited and set up for formatting?

Hey @GerryPoe, I would definitely recommend using header's on a page. Generally speaking, you'll want a single h1 tag on the page that is text for what the page is about. After that, you can use h2 tags to delineate the various sections of the page. If you are using Themes, you can edit all the header styles in the Theme settings! You can also reach out to our Support team by logging into your HubSpot portal, clicking the Help button in the bottom right, clicking on Contact support and connecting with a rep there. I hope that helps!

I think creating a way to easily migrate from using flex columns to dnd sections in an easy automatic way similar as to migrating from one template to another template the system auto loads the modules into the closest flex column.
This would help with needless site rebuilds. And enble people to get onto DND faster.

Could you please clarify status of the "Reverse Proxy with HubSpot" (https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/developer-reference/reverse-proxy-support) service.
1. Is it "production ready" or kind of "experimental without support"? Should we consider disclaimer "This service is not provided by HubSpot's Support Team" as "it may work, but in case of any issues we'll ignore support requests"?
2. Are there any specific rate-limits, like "max X requests per Y minites from each proxy node IP"? According to doc:
"If you implement a reverse proxy, we highly recommend you use multiple instances with load balancing. If all requests are routed through a single proxy node, it’s possible that requests will trip rate limiting protocols and requests will be served 429 or 403 responses until an in-browser JS challenge is completed."
... and this looks extremely vague.

Perhaps this is not the best platform to ask my question, but hopefully you can answer for me. I just started using Hubspot again, this time in a sales capacity v. a marketing role. Within a contact, is it possible to create custom fields (I think they are called "properties")? If so, can you outline the how-to steps? thanks!

Hi @MNielsen1, happy to help! You are correct, they're called Properties. You can follow this article on how to manage and create your own custom properties. Or, if you log into HubSpot, click on the gear icon in the top right, click on Properties in the left sidebar, you can view, edit, and create your properties from there!

Like @Ntbrown mentioned, I'm also curious what HubSpot's plans are regarding the Google Page Experience update and what we can do to improve our page performance metrics/page speed insights scores that we may not have control over (server response times, caching, etc.)?
Also will there be an ability to move rows in HubDB to reorder items easily without exporting and reimporting?

Noticed this morning what looks like a new feature on HubSpot Quotes. The images and URL line when you create a custom line item.
Would you be able to advise, how you add images and URL to the quote? I have inputted a couple of URL's, but they don't then show up on the quotation.

When using a default template in your portal the URL or image properties won't show up - the real benefit of these new properties is in use with a custom template where you populate line item tokens!
If you were looking to add those to a quote, Custom quote templates (currently in beta) could use these tokens to pull the images - you would need to work with your developer to create the templates just to note! Please reach out to your Support or your account manager if you would like to see if you're eligible for the beta.

Hi! We receive a notification each time someone visits our website. I would like to run a report every 2 weeks to see who has visited (even if it's just domain). Is there a way to run this report and export it? Thank you!

Hey @KPitt, something that could get you this data would be to build a custom report that has filters to only pull in contacts that have a "Time Last Seen" value of being in the last two weeks. Time Last Seen is the last time and date the contact has viewed a page on your website. This is automatically set by HubSpot for each contact. You could then make it a table report to show all the contacts and/or companies!

Hello. I am hoping someone can help me with the free email signature generator. I created an email signature for my collegue. I want her to be able to install it. But when I share the link with her, she can;t access what I created for her. ALl she sees is the company logo and a message telling her to RECREATE the signature from scratch. This happens when I send her the link by copying the link in an email AND when I send her an email from Hubspot email signature generator.
The messaging system here seems to not let me post the link to the email generator / signature I created.
But I attached two images -- one of what my colleague should see and another of what she is seeing.
Your feedback would be much appreciated.

I understand the goal is for your colleague to be able to use the generated signature as their HubSpot CRM signature or use with other tools, i.e. Gmail, Outlook, etc. An alternative option to emailing the shareable URL, would be to "Copy Signature Source Code". This will copy the HTML of the signature to your clipboard which can be then be used to create the signature with your platform of choice - in your HubSpot account, navigate to Settings > General > Email > Edit email signature > HTML, and paste the copied source code. If you still face any issues with this, feel free to reach our support team by clicking on the "Help" button located in the bottom right corner of your portal and choosing a channel that works best for you! Our team will need the shareable URL of the signature that you've created to take a closer look.

I would like to update the Lead Status to a specific value upon putting a contact into a Sequence or Workflow.

Hi @AJuarbe, here's a screenshot of something you could setup that should accomplish what you're looking for! To briefly describe it, the workflow is referencing two default HubSpot properties - Now in Workflow & Now in Sequence - which are both set by the HubSpot system when a contact is currently in a workflow or sequence, respectively. Super Admin no longer work for the company, so I need to change it, we dont have any other super admin. The current Super admin email adress is obselete.
Can yuo please help changing the super admin email?
