Cloning Page Lost some Content/Effects

I cloned one of our pages since we needed a version for our Canada website. Everything should have cloned smoothly but the header image and the navigation are not functioning properly when scrolled. It seems to me like the javascript or jquery is not working correctly. Any idea on how to fix this?

I figured out the issue - the javascript attachments were removed in the cloning process.

FYI anyone cloning pages watch out for your attached CSS or JavaScript files, I definitely did not delete mine.
