Changing the site menu and footer in custom blog

Hi

We have a new marketing site and new site navigation. I have made the new nav in Hubspot but just realised that previous to my joining the company, our blog was custom made and I can't find where to locate the menu in the module to change the sitemap. I am in Design and looking through the page code and a HS support person suggested posting in here as they don't have custom page experience.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

go to the blog template, click on the module( is probably a global module) and on the right side you are going to see a drop-down to click a see more options.. click in edit global group

Can you share your source code? It sounds like your whole template might be hardcoded. Is this the case?
