Capturing UTMs & Appending to Contact Profile After Chat Initiated

New Contributor

Hello all,

I am trying to find a way of capturing UTMs - specifically the GCLID - from any user who clicks on Hubspot Chat. I've found this solution, but it seems to be endemic to Hubspot Forms. There are other Chat providers that allow for hidden values to be stored in an object within the script, but I can't seem to find anything that confirms or denies this capability with Hubspot.

Has anyone run into a similar issue and/or know if it is possible to map dynamic values from a visited page to a Hubspot Contact Profile without it triggering from a form submit?

Cheers

HI,

Maybe you can do it just with Events ( only for enterprise editions)
