Cannot drop modules in DND area

Hi everyone, 

I have a bit of a strange issue, I am currently building a site theme. I came to start testing today however when I created a new page I cannot drag and drop any of my custom modules in. They just don't appear when dragged in.

As I have been developing the theme I have created a number of test pages and this has not been an issue and I have not made any changes to the templates since then. 

The pages I have created in the past still work fine.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before, I'm not too sure how to go about troubleshooting this so any advice is appreciated.

First thing I'd check is that you've given the dnd_area a unique name.

Failing that, please post the code for your template so we can get an idea of what's going on.
