Hi,
I have created an embed form on Hubspot. Can I use this same form on multiple pages?

Hi @SBasu,
Yes, you are able to use the same form on multiple different pages. Doing so will result in form submissions being captured on the contacts timeline as per below:
You can also easily segment based on the URL/page the form was submitted in lists (or use as enrollment criteria in workflows):
I hope this helps,
Jack

Does this work the same for landing pages not generated in Hubspot. For instance a form attached to a page generated in the website CMS?

I have the same question!
Can you segment based on the URL/page the form was submitted on if the page isn't hosted in Hubspot?

I feel like this question would be more appropriately asked in the lead capture board. I would move this entire thread, but I feel like your question would be lost. Would you mind asking it again over here
Thank you!

Nice! Is it also possible so that one form can have different languages on different landing pages? FYI I'm using the default properties like first name, last name, city, et cetera.
