Call logs by the hour or 2 hours

SOLVE

hey i want to track my teams calls every hour or 2 hours and would love to create a report that shows how many calls each of my reps made in that 2 hour span.

 

is this possible?

You could create a custom report --

- Calls as the primary source.

- Configure
Columns:

Activity Assigned To

Count of calls

Create Date (hour of day) This required you to edit the bubble for create date to set this

Filters:
Calls create date is today

If you are looking to do this with programming and want to get into more detail on this and do like 2 specific hours or somethign like that -- please let me know the full requirements of what you are trying to do.

his looks great, but i dont have (hour of day) as an option for create date. do i need to make a custom property?

you just need to click the pencil icon next to create date and that will fix you up
