Call HB variables in JS file

Hey Hubspot Support,

Since there is no official documentation on this topic I need your help.

Can we / Is there a way to call Hubspot variables ( ex. User ID) inside the attached JS file?

I am talking about this : Add a JavaScript file to HubSpot

Can I call any hubspot variable in the Javascript file that I will upload. I just took the user ID as an example but it can be any other variable. 

Does that make sense?

I'm afraid I don't fully understand your question. Why and where would you need to call HubSpot variables? 

Specifically not sure what user ID you're referring to, since workflows don’t run with a specific user ID.
