CTAs linking to Blog Posts

So, has anyone figured out a work around to having to hardcode URLs into a CTA to point someone to a blog page?

What exactly are you trying to achieve? 

CTAs are hard-coded into individual CTAs, probably as they are a link between points A and B, not B thru Z. 

My rule of thumb is to not use a CTA where a link would do. If I don't need analytics about the creative, I just hyperlink. The value of using a CTA is being able to change (and A/B test) the content and monitor the results.
