CTA to jump to a section within the page

Hi Everyone, 

Does anyone here tried using CTA to jump to a certain section within the template? I have this template with 5 sections, each section corresponds to a div, so I have this CTA in section 1 that when clicked it will jump to section 2. Thank you in advance for the help!

Its not possible with Hubspot CTA... As Cta refresh the page..

You have to use <a> and style it
