CTA Button's code appearing outside button

When Placing a CTA Button on our website, the code appears outside of the button. These buttons work on other places on our website just perfectly, so I wondering if this is happening because these are templated boxes in wordpress or because there is no  <?php wp_footer(); ?>  at the bottom of these web pages. 

Any help here would be... helpful. Thanks!

Hi @IRVendor Can you please mention where you used this code? on Wp widget or custom php file? Can you provide any link for checking

Note, Please try to paste the embed CTA code completely together with the script

Hi Subin, 

This code was used inside of a Wordpress Widget, and not a custom Php File. In order to provide a link I would need to have this error live on our website.  

The embed CTA code was placed properly as shown below:
