SOLVE

Hi HubSpot team,

I’m building a custom CRM card with React using the HubSpot project CLI and getting this error:

`[ERROR] Couldn't create a React extension with your file because your portal () doesn't have access to this beta.`

Could you please enable access to the **Custom React CRM Card Extension beta** for my developer portal ID: ``?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @SagarTomar

creating CRM cards is currently only available if you're part of the "CRM development tools to build UI extensions with React as frontend" beta.

You can find it if you navigate to the product updates (your profile in the top right -> product updates -> in beta) or simly click this link and select the portal and join the beta. Once you've joined the beta, you can push the card to this portal.

Note: You have to enable this beta for every portal you'd like to use your custom card in.

Hey @SagarTomar,

To create a CRM card using React, your developer portal must be enrolled in the “CRM development tools to build UI extensions with React as frontend” beta.

Either you can go to your profile > Product Updates > In Beta or just click this direct link: Join the Beta

Once enabled, you should be able to push your React CRM card without that ERROR message.

You need to enable this beta for every portal where you want to use your custom React CRM card.

If you're building a public app and want CRM cards, UI extensions, or full marketplace-ready functionality, I’d be happy to help.

Let me know if you'd like to collaborate or need help getting your app production-ready!

hii @Anton

Thank you for your response. Could you please provide me with the necessary details so that I can enable this in my developer account for public access, build the app within this account, and integrate features such as CRM cards?

Hey @SagarTomar,

you need to:

  1. Optional: Setup local environment
  2. enable the beta in the dev portal
  3. develop, deploy and test your UIE (App card) in the dev portal
  4. enable the beta in the live portal
  5. deploy the card to the live portal
  6. done

Or are you looking for other details?

best,

Anton
