Building a faceted navigation search function - within HubSpot or with integration

Hi,

My client has a requirement to build a search tool that allows website visitors to search for surgeons based on various criteria, including location, expertise etc.

An example of what we're looking for is the search feature and results used by Top Doctors: https://www.topdoctors.co.uk/  - essentially a commerce faceted navigation.

The client's website is built in HubSpot CMS, and I'm thinking the surgeon profiles could be built out as either a) Products, or b) a cusotm object, but I'm not sure how we could develop the search functionality and results. I expect this might require some custom development, but ideally we'd like to find a pre-built solution, perhaps something within the HubSpot integration ecosystem?

Does anyone have any experience of building anything like this?

I've built a few custom searches in the past and there are many ways how to achieve this. It also depends on the tier you got. 
Custom objects are a great option for this but require Enterprise tier. It would also require several templates like search result, "listing" and "detail" page. Potentially more templates (depending on your requirements). 

As searches outside of pages and blogs are fully custom development, I'm not familiar with a pre-built solution or something from the marketplace (as those elements have to meet certain criteria and have to be validated by the HubSpot Marketplace team)...
