Blog template with local module

Hello,

I'm developing a blog template in the Design Tools, it's a Coded File, not a Blog Template.

In the code, i'm using a Local module to make some sections for my site webpages and I want to use it in the Blog.

In a Blog Post, I can click Edit and add/edit the content to the Local Module but I'm unable to edit the content of the local module that will show up in the blog index.

How can I do it?

Thank you,

Blog template with local module

Hi @cbaldelli ,

You can set default settings for the module in your blog template. The blog listing page does not have it's own editor, so the content comes directly from the template. Blog posts have a page editor, that is why you are able to edit the module per post. If you make a change in the template it will change on your listing page, but will not overwrite any settings you have applied to the module per post, unless you delete and readd the module to the template.

Let me know if that helps.

Blog template with local module

The blog index is only populated with content that is created byt the agregate of articles.

It isnt a "page". Any changes have to be done at template level.

If you provided examples it would make it easier for us to help you out.
