Blog listing page formatting

Hi all – I am currently developing our blog with a custom HTML template. Ideally, the posts will show in a 3-column grid, and I have been able to accomplish this; there are just a few bugs that I am working out. 

For example, if in any given row there is one blog title that is an extra line of text, the structure gets thrown off and one of the posts drops down to a new line (see screenshot).

Any thoughts on how to work around this with CSS? Not sure what is causing this in the first place.

Problem with grid item height.

Use Equal Height (javascript function) to Post Item on listing page.
