Blog image not scaling down to mobile.

I have a blog template that is awkward in it's layout. (Not Hubspot Modules)

I have the code to get images to scale with the browser window if the template uses Hubspot modules. I can't seem to get it to work with within the HTML for our blog. A website upgrade is on the horizon but I would like to get this to work until we re-design.

Hey @PSM could you please provide further detail on exactly what you would like to acheive? What goals do you have?

The content won't stack and scale down to be mobile. (Mainly images) The body text and images are in an HTML block.

We have landing pages made with Hubspot modules that I have a bit of code allowing the images to scale. 

I can't figure out how to achieve that goal with images placed in the HTML.
