Background image don't appear in Outlook app Desktop

Hello,

We want to send a email to costumer but the background image don't appear in OutlookApp. It's appear with all other support. The HubSpot support said that we can change some think with custom code with Vector Markup Language but I haen't any idea how I can do that ! Some one can help me ?
