Hi! I have different types of people in the organisation. For example I have a colleague from our customer succes team. I want him to be able to do everything for the service part in HubSpot, but not for other parts. At this moment I need to make him an admin user in order to be able to do this. I have no problems with the fact that he is an admin for service but preferably I do now want him to be admin for marketing for example. Hopefully this will be available in the future.
Hey @Lieke_Crunchr this might be a better question for the Service Hub or Marketing Hub forums as the design forum is specifically for designing on HubSpot. With that being said, have you checked out this article at all? You should be able to set someone up to have permissions that allow them to access Service Hub without having to make them an admin (see this specific portion of the article).
