Attaching CSS to template - file not an option

Hello,

I'm new to hubspot and taking the design certification practicum. I am trying to upload the CSS file I made to my template, but when I go to Edit>Edit Head>Add Another Stylesheet, the stylesheet I created is not there to choose. Yes, I published the CSS, so it should be there, right?

It only shows two CSS files from the Vast Theme?

It should be. are you sure you created a .css file and not the default .html or a .js file by accident. I do this all the time.
