I have already changed the configuration of the name and the bot image. And I clic the success switch in the upper right corner and it sends me to a window that says: "You have no message addressed":

I clic on "messagge create" and this window appear:

I give clic on "create directed messagge and the following window appears that is for the configuration of the chat:

configurar_chat.PNG

 

but as you can see it apears my photo and username ando not the bot as such....

How can I make the photo and name of my bot appear?

Hey @Janette, you're going to want to have someone from HubSpot Support take a look at your bot in your language.
