Another bug required vs default repeater counts

Add a repeating module. Add a default count to the number of items. Make sure it's not required field no minimum no maximum. Same for any children of the group.

Can't publish the page. Says the value in this field is invalid despite having no imposed restrictions outside of a suggested count which is entirely permissible.

Remove it and the page is publishable. Seems buggy to me. Simple modules are fine appears to only be with nested repeating groups
