Not exactly sure what the issue is.  Are you saying that your test site is not working at all?

@NPhan Looks like you are using a test portal an asset marketplace portal.  The test portal has an expiration date which appears to have just lapsed. 

Please read the getting started directions here to find a link for setting up the correct portal

While you get the correct portal set up, you can renew your trial.

Hovering over the name will give you a drop down with an option to renew

Looks like you set up two developer portals for some reason.   I see that you have another expired test portal here
