Align CTA with Navigation bar

I would like for my CTA to be more in line with the nav bar - I want to remove most of the negative space and size it accordingly to match the text in the menu.

Any ideas?

Please forgive my delay, I see a few possibilities here, here and I'll have to answer in stages.

- in my opinion this might work best when thinking about mobile browsers.

Also ensure that you're testing your solution on multiple browsers. I noticed that our displays did not match.
