Accessibility Issue- Navigation Bar

We ran a lighthouse diagnostic on our blog page and came up with the below issues. Can anyone help?

 

1-     ARIAThese are opportunities to improve the usage of ARIA in your application which may enhance the experience for users of assistive technology, like a screen reader.
[role]s are not contained by their required parent element
