API to reset password of private registration account

I am using private registration feature in pages and I was wondering if there is any API available to reset the password of contact users. I know this can be done via hubspot portal but wanted to give this flexibility to contacts where they are able to do it themselves even if its a button on click of which a reset password email is triggered.

Thank you @stefen ! Yes, I don't see any related API either. I think it's not possible at this moment.
