301 redirect issue. URL without trailing slash not redirected

Hello,

We've had an issue with one of our redirects for quite some time now. We have a redirect in place and for some reason when a traling slash is applied the url is redirected but when it is not applied we are still getting a 200 response. We've made 100% sure that we choose the option "ignore trailing slash" but it is still happening. I'm attaching some images as proof of this.

Have you reached out to HubSpot technical support regarding this matter? If the issue is specific to something specific within your portal, the best way to get assistance will be to reach out to technical support.

It actually got solved a few weeks ago magically...we've always been directed to these forums when asking for technichal support. That's why we posted this post in the first place
