Prompting best practices:

  • Prompt Breeze Copilot to do one thing at a time (i.e. don’t summarize a contact and draft a follow up email in one prompt).

  • Leverage the prompt library where possible. The prompt library is a great place to see what types of things Copilot is currently able to do.

  • On record pages, you can ask Breeze Copilot to "Summarize this" and it will know you are referring to the record page you're looking at

  • Breeze Copilot has the context of the entire chat you're in, so asking it to summarize something is a good place to start.
    • You can ask Breeze Copilot to summarize a contact and then draft an email to that contact and it will give you a much better output.
    • You could ask Breeze Copilot to list news for a company, then summarize one of the articles, and then draft an initial outreach email to that company and it will have the context.
  • For the same reason, it's a good best practice to start a new chat regularly so Breeze Copilot isn't muddled by old messages you've sent.

  • Action buttons inside Copilot responses give you nice ways to continue the flow.
