Hey, HubSpot fam! 🌟 On September 9, 2024, we rolled out a brand-new centralized AI settings page, designed to give you more control over your organization’s access to our generative AI features. This new page replaced "AI Assistants" and "ChatSpot" settings pages, streamlining everything into one convenient location.

Generative AI features utilize your organization’s data to deliver relevant and helpful outputs. With our new AI settings page, you’ll have more specific control over which data these Generative AI features can use. More control means more power to tailor the AI experience just the way you want it.

To ensure you can harness the full potential of HubSpot’s Generative AI features, some settings may be set to "ON" by default. Don’t worry though—if you’ve customized your AI settings in the past, your choices will carry over to the new defaults.

It's all about giving you the power to tailor the AI experience to fit your organization perfectly!
