Last year, we loved hearing the positive response to the Prospecting Agent’s private beta launch at INBOUND ’24. 

With these latest product updates, we are thrilled to share that the agent can be further customized to work exactly the way you need it to. 

Customize your enrollment criteria

• Enroll to prospecting agent via Workflows: Take your favorite workflows and add a new workflow step: “Enroll to prospecting agent.” Get the best of both Workflows and AI Agent. 

• Auto-enroll contacts through list membership: Create a HubSpot list, customize its criteria to your heart’s content, and then enroll contacts in those lists to the prospecting agent.
  
  

• Exclude specific contacts: Create a HubSpot list of contacts to exclude, and block the prospecting agent from emailing them. 

Advance your agent’s selling strategy

• Select another user’s inbox and meeting link: Configure the agent to use one of your rep’s inboxes and meeting links. Or, it can use its own inbox but book meetings for a rep.
  
  

• Customize call to action: Instead of just booking a meeting, the agent can now attach a HubSpot document or include a link.
  
  

• Configure products and services: Enter your company’s products and services, which your agent will reference in its emails.
  

 

Manage contacts and outreach with ease

• Edit emails with Copilot: In the “Edit email” interface, highlight text you wish to edit and instruct Copilot to shorten, translate, rewrite, change tone, and more.
  
  

• Enjoy the improved Enrollments tab: The new Enrollments tab helpfully categorizes your enrollments by status, provides more visibility into why certain enrollments errored and failed, and displays an improved timeline view of the agent and the contact’s engagements.
  
  

• Bulk enroll 25 contacts at a time: The enrollment limit has been increased from 10 to 25 contacts at a time.
