www.<name>.com not resolving, but <name>.com is ok

Did the GoDaddy Domains & URLs automated configuration settings from HubSopt.  However, the www.DomainName.com subdomain is not resolving but DomainName.com is fine (as well as all other pages).

Receiving this error when trying to load www.DomainName.com:

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I've tried toggle off the switch "Enable language specific redirects" referenced below, but the problems persist.

Hey @Splendidly did you connect www as a redirect domain?

To connect a subdomain to HubSpot (such as www.hubspot.com), you will need to update CNAME records. To connect a root domain to HubSpot (such as hubspot.com), you will need to update A records.

Thanks Justin. I had seen this articleand noticed the comment about "To
connect a subdomain to HubSpot (such as www.hubspot.com), you will need to
update CNAME records." However, it looks like the automated configuration
added two CNAME records in GoDaddy:

1) Type=CNAME | Name=www | Data=<8#s>.group31.sites.hubspot.net.
2) Type=CNAME | Name=_domainconnect | Data=_
domainconnect.gd.domaincontrol.com.

Do any of these need to be changed?
