website publishing issue

Hi @AElshreif

Thanks for reaching out!

Before we can take a look into this, I wanted to ask a few clarifying questions:

1. Can you confirm that you have your domain connected to HubSpot?

2. Is this error occurring for all of your pages or only for certain pages?

3. Have you reviewed your DNS records?

Thank you!

Best,

Kristen

Hi @AElshreif,

Thanks for reaching back out!

To publish HubSpot content on your website, you have to connect your domain with HubSpot account first. Without connecting the domain, we cannot publish the page on the website.

Your DNS is your website hosting provider. When you connect your domain to HubSpot, you have to update the CNAME records in your DNS in order for your webpage to go live. This helpful article explains what a DNS is in deeper detail.

If you're unsure who you're DNS provider is or how to access it, I would recommend reaching out to your IT team or webmaster. They can assist you with reviewing the records.

Can you ensure that your domain is connected and that your DNS records are up to date?

If the domain is connected and your DNS records match the values in HubSpot, please us know.

Thank you,

Kristen
