website layout in mobile version awry

Hi I just wanted to try and alter how the mobile version of my website looks as the layout is all awry. 

can I change the website footer for just the mobile version and not affect the desktop version?

@HBowden  This is heavily dependent on whether you used a theme from the Asset Marketplace, or designed your website with custom HTML. 

Some themes from the marketplace have the ability to adjust certain modules on the page per the device that the site is being viewed on. I would recommend reaching out to the designer of your website as a next step.
