I am creating a landing page with a template. On that page, I want to remove the menu and button, which is the global menu. When I try to save it, it shows that it has updated the other 122 assets. But I do not want that?

Is there any way to edit this version without using a different template?

No. Because you are editing something that is part of the core template and not editable on the page itself, you should clone your template without the menu/button and use that as the template for the alternate version of the page.

You can edit this landing page without affecting the other 122 assets. The trick is to make changes that apply only to this page while keeping the global template intact.

One way to do this is by using CSS to hide the menu and button just on this landing page. You can right-click on the menu and button, select "Inspect," and find their class or ID. Then, in your landing page’s custom styles section, you can add a rule to hide them. This won’t remove them from the template but will make them invisible on this specific page.

If your platform allows it, check for an option like "Override Global Settings" or "Detach from Global." Some page builders have this feature, letting you edit without affecting other pages.

Another approach is to duplicate the template, remove the menu and button from the copy, and assign this new version only to the landing page. This way, you get full control without making unintended changes elsewhere.
