"Edit Link" box is blank when editing web page

Hello!

We are running into an issue in that sometimes, when we go to edit an existing link on our Hubspot hosted site, the "edit link" box will pop up, but will be blank, making it impossible to actually edit anything. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, do you have any insight on what might trigger this issue or clear it up? We are having a hard time replicating it consistently.

Hi Crystal!

Unfortunately the person who keeps running into the issue isn't super comfortable with going into the code, so the GUI is the best option for us. The links on the site are primarily internal (ie, key words in one blog post link to a separate, related blog post). The issue is that the GUI seems to be broken, but only sometimes - the box comes up and is completely blank except for the buttons (see attached picture). Is this a problem anyone else has had?

Hi @KHammes ! That's odd and I can't say it's happened to me. However, I am more likely to go right into the source code and made such edits than use the GUI pop ups and that may be why I haven't noticed any issues. One thought I want to make sure about is that your color theme on your computer isn't set up in a way where you may be seeing white text on a white background or dark text on a dark background. Does the box look similar to mine below? Is any other data missing? What is in your "Linked to" field, URL or One of your pages?
