error creating a blog

I am new on the forum, and I guess this where I can get some help 😉

I would like to create a blog using Hubspot.
I have followed this article : https://knowledge.hubspot.com/fr/blog/create-a-new-blog

I fill in the info :

and when I click Create, I have this error


Can anyone please give me advice on how to resolve this ?

Are you the super admin in the portal? If not, please double-check your permissions to see if you have the access to creating blog.

Hey @bestofrv66 !
It looks like there might be a permissions issue causing the blog creation error. Could you try these steps and see if it helps?

1. Enable Blog Permissions:

   • Go to Settings > Users & Teams, edit your permissions, and make sure the Blog option under Marketing is turned on.

2. Enable Website Settings Access:

   • In the same permissions editor, scroll down to Account > Settings Access and toggle Website settings to ON.

3. Save and Log Out:

   • Once done, save the changes, log out, and log back in to refresh everything.
