email re enrollment in the flow.

SOLVE

here's the situation: I created a form and a flow where users will receive an email when they fill out the form. there are 2 emails in the flow. one when they filled out the form then a delay then another email.

But when I submitted the form and received a response the first time. However, when I filled it out again using the same email address, I was taken through the process again. Since it already sent me the first email,I won't receive another first email. It might be because there is a delay in the flow. But I want to get the first email every time one fills the form even though with the same email address.

email re enrollment in the flow.

Hi @SMomo,

Can you please share a screenshot of your entire workflow and a screenshot of your re-enrollment settings?

Generally, if there is a delay in your workflow and the contact is still "stuck" in a delay, they cannot be enrolled again while they're still in the workflow.

You would have to break the workflow in two: one workflow for the immediate email, one for the email that's sent after a delay.

Otherwise, as I said, the contact will still be in a delay and as long as they're in a delay, they can't re-enroll.
