Sadly if you are using the HS blog system, I believe that is not possible to customize. So tags is the new renamed old topics and those listing pages are generated in the backed which we can't control.
Although I can tell you that the generated URL won't affect negativly the SEO, and the spiders will do their job as usual.
Feel free to add this feedback to the idea subforum, and maybe Hubspot will implement it eventually.
