How do you remove chat from a website?

Hi! In Conversations>Chatflows, every chat is off. However, when we add our hubspot embed code to our site, the chat bubble and window still appear. We don't see it on the HubSpot cms pages, just externally where we have the tracking code. I Beitrag ansehen

DNS issue with chatbot

I am using CloudFront as a reverse proxy with HubSpot, but I am experiencing DNS issues with the chatbot. I have already integrated all the required headers, including HubSpot-Trust-Forwarded-For: true and X-Forwarded-For, any suggestions ?

Made my button trigger the chat. But once the user closes the chat, the button doesn't work anymore.
