Wrong Favicon Showing

Résolue

Hi -

This has me scratching my head. I followed this article:

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/cos-general/how-do-i-change-the-default-logo-for-all-templates

and my settings look right:

but the favicon shows up as a leaf:

Any ideas what might be happening? I cleared my cache etc.

Thanks in advance!!

Tara

If you click on the "Default settings for all domains" dropdown and switch it to the domain you're getting the leaf icon on does it have different settings set for the favicon? If it does you can either change it to the new one there or just remove the icon so that it will use the default settings.

Thank you! By checking the different domains I was able to locate the leaf. I'd assumed since the default logo was correct it would override any others. It's correct now. Thanks again.
