WordPress Site Causing Issues

SOLVE

I recently integrated my WordPress site with HubSpot, but I'm experiencing some issues with the integration. Whenever I try to create a new page or post in WordPress, it's not showing up in HubSpot as expected. I'm not sure what's causing the problem and I'm hoping someone in the HubSpot community can help me troubleshoot the issue. Can anyone offer any suggestions or advice on how to resolve this problem?

It sounds like there may be an issue with how your WordPress site is integrated into HubSpot. To troubleshoot:

  1. Check the HubSpot plugin: If you're using a HubSpot plugin, ensure it’s installed correctly and updated.
  2. Confirm domain connection: Make sure your domain is properly connected to HubSpot. You can refer to HubSpot’s guide on connecting domains.
  3. Look for error messages: Are you seeing any error messages in either platform? These could give more insight into the issue.
  4. Manual tracking script: Alternatively, you could manually add the HubSpot tracking script to your WordPress pages using tools like Google Tag Manager.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check the HubSpot Plugin Connection: Go to your WordPress dashboard → HubSpot → Settings, and make sure your account is still connected properly. If not, reconnect your HubSpot account.

Update Plugins and WordPress: Ensure both WordPress and the HubSpot plugin are updated to their latest versions. Outdated versions can cause sync problems.

Clear Cache: Try clearing your WordPress and browser cache. Sometimes, cached data prevents updates from reflecting properly.

Check HubSpot Content Settings: In HubSpot, verify that your WordPress content is being tracked correctly under the “Website Pages” or “Blog” sections.

Reinstall the Plugin (if needed): As a last resort, deactivate and delete the HubSpot plugin, then reinstall and reconnect it to your HubSpot account.

If the issue persists, contact HubSpot support for deeper troubleshooting or check for known compatibility issues with your theme or other plugins.

You should check if the HubSpot WordPress plugin is properly installed and up-to-date. Also, ensure that the HubSpot API key or integration settings are correctly configured. Sometimes, clearing your WordPress and HubSpot caches can help. If the issue continues, could you try reconnecting the integration or checking for any plugin conflicts? Let me know if that works! Capitalwave

What integration? The hubspot plugin? That plugin doesn't do much more than put the tracking script on yoru page which you can just as easily do with something like Google Tag Manager.

The more you can explain about what the specific issues, or error messages you are receiving the better we will be able to help you.

Hi @RGael,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

It's my understanding that you have a WordPress page hosted in HubSpot but it is not loading, correct?

Can you confirm that your domain is connected to Hubspot? Here is a guide on connecting your domain to HubSpot. If it is connected, are you seeing any error messages?

The more information and screenshots you can include, the better the community can assist.

Thank you,

Kristen
