We have been trying to get our current website address(www.protec-terre.org) to be redirected to this one: https://39979609.hs-sites.com/fr-ca/protec-terre, HS is saying that they see the new website and it is properly set up, HostPapa is saying that all DNS are ok as well, however, we keep seeing a 404 page. What can we do to fix this issue? Thank you.
You don't appear to have a homepage defined on your site. The page you are linking to is /fr-ca/protec-terre and because you don't have a homepage your domain is going to a 404 error because the homepage doesn't exist.
Typically a homepage is setup as an "index" page, but in the Hubspot world the only option to create a homepage is to go to the page settings and delete the slug so it has no name. This then becomes your homepage. At that point your domain will work and you can build subpages with whatever name you choose.
