Website wont verify

I am on a starter plan but canno get my Hubspot website to verify to my domain www.jmfwriter.net. I have been trying everything for 2 days, always with the same result.

As far as I can see, I have set the DNS correctly on my Domain management site (DigitalPacific.com), as per fhe attached pic.

Can anyone help me get this working. I am on the verge of abandoning Hubspot because this is a dealbreaker. Help!

Thanks for helping. Yes, I had a look at that article, and others, and I have done my best to get it right. As you can see from the screenshots, the DNS settings seem to comply with what Hubspot requires, but the verification process always fails. I have tried maybe ten times over a couple of days and am on the verge of giving up.
