Website Unavailable

I managed to publish or get my website live or on line yesterday, according to the stats I had 1 visit. Now it is showing unavailable.

Help as I have spent a lot of time and need to get the website live.

I have gone back and set the language setting any other advice please?

Thanks

Andy

Hi @AndyF1 Thank you for the URL - I can confirm that the page is also unavailable on my side, so it's not a server cache issue.

Typically the home page would not have anything after the .co.uk which is what I thought the issue is.

The home page URL would be:

https://projectsteps.co.uk/

To update, open the home page in the page editor, click "Settings" in the upper right below the publish buttons.

Then scroll down to this section:

This is also where you can check the language setting to see if it was set on the individual page.

Do you have any other pages published for your website? or just the one page?

If more than one page, what are the URLs for those pages? are any working?

Hi @AndyF1 there are likely a few different causes for your website not being available.

A few questions to get started:

1 - What is the URL you are trying to access that is resulting in the error?

2 -Can you share a screenshot of your domain settings in HubSpot? Is everything connected/verified?

3 - Also a screenshot of the Settings for your home page to verify the content slug is blank?

4 - Since you've already verified the language settings globally, also check the individual page language to ensure it is blank and not adding the language slug here.

Hi Jennifer

The url is: https://projectsteps.co.uk/project-steps

Domain: projectsteps.co.uk

3 - Also a screenshot of the Settings for your home page to verify the
content slug is blank?
Sorry I do not know what you mean or where to find the information?

4 - Since you've already verified the language settings globally, also
check the individual page language to ensure it is blank and not adding the
language slug here.
I have gone into settings and changed to English again, but I am a bit
confused where the editing information has gone now I have published
the website/

Thanks
