I'm attempting to make a URL Redirect rule to take a user from https://hubspot.example.org/meeting/meeting-a to https://hubspot.example.org/meetings/user-name/meeting-a
I'm doing this due to the limitation of the url of a round robin meeting still having a user's name in it.
When I choose the "Redirect Style" of "Proxy" (preferable) or a "Temporary" (next-best), I get an error at the page stating "Well, this is disappointing. Sorry. Sometimes things don't go according to plan."
If I set the a redirect style to "Permanent", it works just fine.
Has anyone experienced this issue before?
I've played around with all combinations of protocols on the "Original URL" and "Redirecting To" url as well as trailing slashes, etc. I don't really have a lot of other information to go off of.
_NOTE_ This has been going on for about three weeks now - so it's not a dns or caching issue.

Hi @sostrow
Thank you for reaching out.
I'm not sure what's happening here and I couldn't find something similar - I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
Thank you!
Best
Tiphaine
