Our website has a global header that includes links to the Home page, a Contact page, and Get Involved page. While on the Home page on a desktop computer, if you have the browser window maximized the header links are unable to be clicked. If you resize the browser window to be more narrow, eventually it gets to a size that the link are able to be clicked. Everything works fine on a mobile phone. The header links also work fine for the Contact and Get Involved pages. Just issues on the Home page. Is there a way to fix this? We're currently on a free plan but plan to upgrade if we can get things working as needed.
It looks like there's something funky going on with that theme, where items in the body container are showing up overlaying the header section, which causes the menu to be seen, but not be able to be clicked. A couple of options are just adding overflow: none to the body-container, which is more of a hacky fix, or digging into the theme to see why there's a simple menu module in the body container.
Regardless, if you're using a paid theme, I would reach out to the creators, unless you've customized it since then.
