Unable to link domain in hubspot CMS

I initially linked a domain but deleted that account. Now I try to do it again and Im getting error like this (Already in use with another account)

In order to determine if this is a caching issue, could the user try the following please:

• Clear the browser's cache
• Attempt to delete the attachment in a separate browser or in incognito
• Disable any extensions or plugins within the browser
